That said—if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A clear photo of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

• Stickers (unless damaged or incorrect)
• Items showing signs of use or application
• Orders with buyer’s remorse or sizing preference changes

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first.
